The PLUS Package is our full Contact Centre Cloud (Click-2-Dial / Dialer) Solution with all the Native Integrations and all the productivity tools that is billed per extension and excludes voice rates. Voice rates are calculated at a tiered rate based on the call volume

Unlimited Voice

The UNLIMITED Package is our full Contact Centre Cloud (Click-2-Dial / Dialer) Solution with all the native integrations, all the productivity tools and UNLIMITED voice calls for call centre agents over a 9-hour shift at a fixed rate per user per month. The back-office and admin users are billed at a very low rate per minute, billed per second.

All-Inclusive Starter

The ALL-INCLUSIVE STARTER Package is our full Contact Centre Cloud (Click-2-Dial / Dialer) Solution with all the native integrations, all the productivity tools and voice calls to all South African and selected international destinations billed per-second at a single all-inclusive per-minute rate. This package is for all call centres calling under 25,000 minutes per month.

All-Inclusive Advanced

The ALL-INCLUSIVE ADVANCED Package is our full Contact Centre Cloud (Click-2-Dial / Dialer) Solution with all the native integrations, all the productivity tools and voice calls to all South African and selected international destinations billed per-second at a single all-inclusive per-minute rate. This package is for all call centres calling over 25,000 minutes per month.
